Furnishing a Bahria Town House, Room by Room
A practical order for living room, dining, and bedroom when the house is new and the budget has to land in the right rooms first.

Houses in Bahria Town are often handed over with large rooms and very little storage. The mistake is to fill the biggest wall first. Start with the room you use every night and the room you use every evening, then the room you use when people come. That is usually the bedroom, the living room, and then the dining room.
In the bedroom, decide the bed before the wardrobe. A king bed in a secondary bedroom leaves no path to the bathroom. The Noor and Aria beds are upholstered frames that sit well against a plain wall. Haven, the walnut wardrobe, needs a wall that can take the door swing — measure that before you fall for a wider front. If the bedroom is also a bridal room, look at the wedding packages and subtract anything the plan cannot hold.
In the living room, the sofa has to face something and still leave a path to the door. A sectional such as Isla only works when the room is wide enough for the chaise without crossing the walkway. A straight sofa — Como, Ember, Field, or the Saddle leather — is the safer first buy in a narrower lounge. Buy the coffee table after the sofa, not before, so the reach from the seat is comfortable. We can price a table with the sofa if you send the room width.
Dining is next, and it is where new houses overspend on chairs they have not sat in. Verde is a six-seat set. If the room is long and you host often, ask for eight before the top is made. If you already own a table, Sable is the chair to add by the piece. Leave at least enough space to pull a chair out without hitting a sideboard. That sounds obvious until the sideboard arrives.
A home study is last unless someone works from the house every day. The Forme desk fits a bedroom corner. Do not buy it until you know whether the chair you already have will slide under the apron. Tell us the chair height in the enquiry.
Do this in one visit if you can. Gate #1, Jalyana Pull, Barkat Market is a furniture market, and walking three shops with no plan is how budgets disappear. Bring a plan with widths, the list of rooms, and a number you will not cross. We will tell you what to buy now and what can wait a year. WhatsApp 0311 311 7070 with the plan before you drive over if you want those pieces ready to see.
Common questions
Which room should I furnish first?
The bedroom you sleep in, then the living room you use at night, then dining. A home office can wait unless someone works there every day.
Will a sectional fit a Bahria Town lounge?
Only if the chaise does not cross the path to the door. Send the room width. A straight three-seater is often the better first sofa.
